Cultnet is an European project that aims to define training platforms and capacity building paths for young operators in the cultural sector with a particular focus on the countries of the South of the World.
CultNet wants to provide young operators professional skills and innovative operational tools, and for this purpose a package of online training proposals will be created, called "multilingual online training for the professionalization of youth workers".
The pillar of this package is the MOOC (Massive On-line Open training Course) which will be built specifically, and which will be tested as part of a period of training experimentation by a group of young people interested in working in the cultural sector, coming from all the partnership countries.

Call for interest - Job shadowing
The Cultnet Project will give the opportunity to youth workers or partners’ collaborators to participate to a job shadowing mobility activity.
